Individual coaching
Individual one-to-one coaching offers the ideal setting for intensive discussions and analyses. These 60-minute individual sessions are ideal at the start of a change process or as a refresher from time to time.
group coaching
These group coachings for up to 5 people are similarly intensive as individual coaching but with the dynamics of the group. The feeling of not being alone, of being inspired by the experiences and tips of others, is a very valuable way out of hopelessness.
weight reduction courses
In this course, everything focuses on one goal: to reduce weight. A change in diet does not necessarily mean weight loss, but also serves to positively support clinical pictures. In this group course, over 10 evenings, up to a maximum of 10 people will learn everything you need to know about how to tastefully save calories, where the sources of danger are and how to outsmart your habits. The group dynamic strengthens perseverance.
Lectures & seminars
For anyone who wants inspiration or general information, public lectures and seminars are an ideal tool to quickly obtain targeted and high-quality facts. At regular intervals we hold lectures on certain health-related topics such as high blood pressure, intestinal health, boosting the immune system, type II diabetes and much more.
